Custom Order Request Form

Welcome to our custom request page! For bulk order requests, please email a detailed list to VillageBooksofSouthernOregon@gmail.com. Requests emailed directly should include the same information as requested below. How does this work? Customers can submit an order request via the below form when they would like Village Books to acquire a title on their behalf. Weekly, we review requests and perform a quick search to determine the estimated price. This information will then be emailed back to the customer with a request to approve or cancel the order. Large-volume orders and special, high-cost titles may require a deposit before an order will be placed by Village Books. Deposits are nonrefundable once paid. We will do our best to find the highest-quality option at the lowest price possible for all titles. Shipping charges incurred by Village Books must be passed directly to the customer. A minimum $2.00 processing fee will be added to the customer's total. This fee may be higher for large-volume or complex requests, which will be negotiated with the customer prior to an order being placed. Orders will be held at Village Books for pickup by the customer within two (2) weeks of the arrival notice sent by Village Books. Unless otherwise arranged, orders waiting for pickup longer than two weeks will be considered abandoned and mixed into general inventory for sale to the public.
